Spanish classes for kids


• The payment is made trimesterly, the price includes 9 to 11 sessions, thus organized cultural activities. There is no price set for a single session.
• You can attend a trial class can be before the trimesterly payment. After the payment, the amount paid will not be refunded.
• If you miss a session due to external reasons to Pollitos (illness, holiday, etc.), the money will not be refunded.
• If a class is missed due to teacher illness, the session will be resumed. Efforts will be made to ensure this is face-to-face and, if that is not possible, we will provide an alternative. For example, a didactic sequence planned to work from home. Families will be provided with different materials, such as recorded stories, interactive materials, activity proposals, etc.
• In the event of Pollitos been forced to close temporarily (due to Covid), the money will be reimbursed or we will offer other solutions, such as delaying the start of the classes. 
• The deadline date for effectuating the payment for the trimester will be notified at least two weeks in advance. If the payment is not made after that dateline, and a personal, unique situation is not notified, you will miss the spot.  

Spanish classes for adults

• Payments are made trimesterly, this includes weekly sessions of 1 hours and 30 minutes. There is no price set for a single session.
• If you miss a session due to external reasons to Pollitos (illness, holiday, etc.), the money will not be refunded.
• If a class is missed due to teacher illness, the session will be resumed. Efforts will be made to ensure this is face-to-face and, if that is not possible, we will provide an alternative.
• In the event of Pollitos been forced to close temporarily (due to Covid), the money will be reimbursed or we will offer other solutions, such as delaying the start of the classes.
• The deadline date for effectuating the payment for the trimester will be notified at least two weeks in advance. If the payment is not made after that dateline, and a personal, unique situation is not notified, you will miss the spot.  

  Ballet classes

• You can attend a trial class can be before the monthly payment. After the payment, the amount paid will not be reimbursed.
  
• The monthly payment follows a fixed price, regardless of the holidays of each month.
• If you miss a session due to external reasons to Pollitos (illness, holiday, etc.), the money will not be refunded.
• Monthly payments must be made no later than the last day of the previous month. If the payment is not made before that deadline, and a personal, unique situation is not notified, you will miss the spot.
  
• If a class is missed due to teacher illness, the session will will resume another day.
